GiftListy is built by OjabeeLabs with privacy and simplicity in mind. We collect only what's needed to operate the service and never sell your data.

1. What We Collect

• Account info: Your email address for sign-in and list ownership.
• List data: The items and occasions you create, stored securely in our Supabase database.
• Usage data (optional): Anonymous analytics if you consent, to help improve GiftListy.

2. How We Use It

We use your data only to provide and improve GiftListy — for example, to sync your lists, send magic-link sign-ins, and support basic analytics.

3. Affiliate Links

When you click a "Buy" link, we may redirect you through a partner (affiliate) link. You pay the same price; we may earn a small commission.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use local storage and optional analytics (if you consent) to understand feature usage. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

In-app: You can delete your account and data from Settings → Profile → Delete account. This action is permanent.

Partial deletion: You may request deletion of specific data (e.g., a wishlist) by emailing support@giftlisty.com.

6. Account Deletion

In-app: Delete your account at Settings → Profile → Delete account. If you can't access the app, use the web fallback: giftlisty.com/delete-account.

When you request deletion, we remove your account details, wish lists, and stored data from our systems. Only minimal records related to completed in-app purchases (for billing or tax compliance) may be retained for up to three years as required by law.

If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email", please include your Apple relay address (ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com) in any email requests so we can find your account.
